Big Mumbai login password and customer care: where a reset really happens, and which numbers not to call
· checked by Aniruddha Pethe
A Big Mumbai password can only be reset by the platform that holds the account, on its own sign-in screen, with an SMS code that goes to the mobile number on the account. Nobody else can do it, including this one, because no other site has your account. And a customer care number or live chat found through a search engine is the single riskiest contact in this niche: in colour-round and betting searches, those numbers lead to a scammer more often than to anyone's support desk.
We publish no helpline numbers, chat links or support e-mail addresses for Big Mumbai, and we cannot pass messages to it.

Where can a Big Mumbai password be reset?
Only on the platform's own sign-in page, at the same address you joined on, normally behind a "forgot password" link. The pattern is the same on nearly every colour-round lobby:
- 1You open the sign-in screen yourself, from your own history or your own installed app.
- 2You tap the reset link and enter the number you registered.
- 3A code arrives by SMS from a named sender, not from a personal ten-digit number.
- 4You type that code on the same screen and set a new password.
If any step happens somewhere else, in a chat, on a call or in a separate app, stop. The main page shows how to confirm you are at the right address first.

Why does the reset code not arrive?
- The number is not registered at this address. You may be on a different site from the one you signed up at.
- The number has changed. If the SIM is gone, the platform needs its own verification process; nobody outside can bypass it.
- Messages are filtered. Some phones sort service texts into a separate tab. Check there before requesting a second code.
- Too many requests. Asking for five codes in a minute often blocks all of them for a while. Wait before trying again.

Is a Big Mumbai customer care number from Google safe to call?
No, and this is the most important paragraph on the page. India's cyber-security advisories and banks have repeated for years that support numbers found through search are a common fraud channel. Anyone can publish a number next to a brand name, and the people who do it in betting niches are rarely helping.
What typically happens on such a call: the "agent" asks for your ID, then for the OTP "to verify", then for a small payment to "unlock" or "reactivate" the account. Each step hands something over. A real support desk has no reason to ask for your OTP, and it never needs a transfer to restore a login.
Where support really lives is inside the platform itself, on a help or service screen you reached from the address in your own history. If you cannot reach that screen, no outside number can do it for you.

What about live chat links in Telegram and WhatsApp?
The same rule applies. A chat that finds you, or that you found through a search or a group, is run by whoever set it up. Signs that you are talking to the wrong people:
- they ask for your password, OTP or a screenshot of your balance;
- they send an APK "to fix the login";
- they ask for a fee, a "tax" or a deposit before a withdrawal;
- they offer a new invite code to "move" your account.
If a message like this reached you by SMS or a call, you can report it through the Chakshu section of the government's Sanchar Saathi portal.

What if somebody already has my code?
Act on the real platform straight away: sign in from your own records, change the password, and check the linked bank details and withdrawals. If you cannot sign in, contact the platform only through its own screens. Also tell your bank if you paid anyone, and keep screenshots of the chat.
